Macromedia Beta Site Documentation
In addition to making new tools and upgrades to the beta site, I also completed documentation on the new tools and changes. Even though I won't be working there anymore, the people using the tools will still have my expertise guiding them when they use the tools.
- Database Schema Documentation Update
- Beta Site Recommended Changes
- Guide to Serial Number Import and Assignment Tools
- Known Issues and How To Guide

Oreck Site Documentation
In addition to frequent custom reports required by Oreck's marketing department, I did approximately 40 pages of documentation for the Oreck technical staff. Oreck's IT department decided to handle the website themselves, so we needed to give them technical documentation that would allow them to make changes and improvements. Included in this documentation was: - Oreck Consumer site template guide (22 pages)
- checkout flowchart and guide
- admin tool user guide

Tabasco Data-Entry Documentation
After redesigning the data-entry tool for the Tabasco sites, I wrote full user documentation for the data-entry tool. This documentation included screenshot examples of the forms, including which fields were mandatory and what typical data would look like. In addition, the documentation included information on general use, moving through the tool, and assigning products to multiple sites. |

- guide to required server settings
- guide to naming conventions
- guide to variables and their use in the site
- guide to the site flow and methodologies
- general algorithm for the site front-end
- general algorithm for the site admin tool
- admin tool user guide

BabyGift Training Documentation
Since the BabyGift site never launched, no final technical or user documentation was ever completed. However, during the data-entry phase, I was required to train the BabyGift data-entry personell, which required documentation that I could leave with them. Since several developers were going to be pulled from other projects for the final development stage, I was also required to train them. For this I created a shorter guide to the language that they would use. - Quick Guide to ISML (Enfinity proprietary language) - internal
- Guide to required fields for data-import
- post-import data-entry guide
